Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project supervision. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Supervise and schedule all onsite project activities
- Organize equipment, materials, and labor to complete projects in a timely manner
- Analyze plans and specifications
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
- Manage the safety of the crew
- Understand project requirements and risks
- Track and report project quantities
Three years experience in highway / heavy construction is preferred with previous supervisory or leadership managing projects. Good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills, employee and customer relationship skills and the ability to coordinate several tasks at once are required. Knowledge of civil construction practices, methods & materials.
